Capped DSL services
Because as you know not all Internet users have the same needs, some users rarely download large music or video files, whilst others download large files daily. 186K offer a range of broadband services which allow a set usage of data transfer per month. These services are set by 186k for UBC customers however CBC customers can set their own.
Off Peak/On Peak DSL
As a CBC partner you can profile each of your customers to only allow them access the Internet between certain times. i.e. weekends only, between 9am and 5.30pm or 5.30pm to 9am this allows you to maximise your committed bandwidth.
QoS DSL
186k Channel offer Quality of service (QoS) DSL. The service is perfect for for Voice over IP, or any application specific traffic data type where it is critical this traffic is prioritised above everything else. This service is available for both CBC and UBC customers.
SDSL
SDSL services offer low contention, ensuring that your customers always get the best possible Internet connection. As standard, 186k can offer a contention ratios of 10:1, 5:1 and 1:1 as a managed SDSL service. CBC customers have the option to set contentions to suit their preference and purchase as a tail service only. |

| CBC (Capacity Based Charging) |
The managed broadband service based charging model enables partners to benefit from low tail pricing so the cost per end-user customer decreases as the volume increases. Partners have the option to increase capacity in increments of their choice. Unlike most competitors who force large incremental increases, 186k allows your business to grow at a pace set by you.

| UBC (Usage Based Charging) |
Our UBC service enables our reseller partners to be able to provide their customers with broadband without any commitment to volume or minimum order levels.
This service offering is ideal if ADSL is complementary to your business rather than at the core of what you do e.g. distributors and IT resellers. Using the UBC service, you can benefit from the ongoing revenue stream of ADSL even if this is not your area of technical expertise. 186k provisions and manages the entire provisioning process on your behalf and simply provides you with the Username and Password to provide to your customers.
